My sister name is Priya Srivastava, she is suffering from a rare, deadly GB syndrome ( Guillain barre syndrome).

On the 7th of February, when everyone celebrating Saraswati puja, my sister was met with a horrible unexpected symptom of partial paralysis of the initially upper limb then after some time all four limbs. Initially her friends and mates took her to the local hospital where the doctors did not recognise her symptoms of this auto-immune disease (GB syndrome) then they moved to apollo multispeciality hospital (Emergency). After going there the doctor told us, she is suffering from a rare auto-immune GB syndrome and her condition is very critical, she needs immediate transfer to the Critical care unit ( CCU).

Now she is intubated and put on mechanical ventilation support for airway protection in CCU and life-threatening stage. The doctor has suggested plasma exchange and immunoglobulin therapy.

Every day around 1 to 1.5 lakh rupees is spent on medication and procedures which necessarily required. It is heartbreaking  to see my sister in this miserable state. I'm trying my best to collect money from my friends and family, but it is not enough. Every little contribution means alot to us, please keep my sister in your prayers.
