My name is Purnima Dwivedi and I am here to fundraise for my 8 year old daughter Prerna. She has been diagnosed with Acute Liver Failure and the only treatment available for her is a Liver Transplant Surgery. She has been admitted in Aster RV Hospital in Bengaluru for the same. The estimated package for the liver transplant is Rs. 15 lacs but the hospital has subsidized it to 12.5 lacs.

I am a single mother and I come from very humble financial background and I am in no position to arrange such a huge amount in such short notice. I urge all my friends and family to come forward and support my child.
