Dear sir/madam,

I'm Preeti and I'm 37 years old and is residing in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. I come from a lower middle class family. I was completely broken when i came to know about severity of my cancer. We  tried to fight a long with this which resulted into shortage of funds and broken hopes. 

Our 2 little daughters (one 2.5 yr & second 6 yr). Being a mother I dreamed high for my daughters. Now, all those dreams seem worthless as we don’t know how long I could stand with them. We have been running from a long time in hospitals searching for treatment of this which we could afford. 

Finally got appointment in AIIMS for chemotherapy. I have undergone through 3 chemo's and after decided chemo continue or not, whatever/ surgery. My family financially not strong. My husband having limited source of funds and trying to survive with small salary, which is now exhausted. Due to my illness he is not able to attend his office and slowly hope of job continuation is also vanishing day by day.

I request you to help us in getting my treatment done by any means and give my life back to me.
