It's been 3 years since my village has seen proper rain. My village Kadathi located in Harapanahalli taluk of Karnataka. The rain shortage happening because of deforestation, Villagers don't know reason behind lack of rain. As a educated person it's my duty to plant trees and to educate about how to improve and balance the environmental condtion.
Am planning to plant 10,000 plants. Each plant cost 250₹ for planting and maintainence for two years. For planting 10,000 trees it cost 25lakh. planning to start planting in September month.
We all know how the environment is changing due to deforestation. In my village also the same problem is happening. If my idea works out in my village then definitely every one can adopt this method and can see the positive development on rain falling. There are some other villages wher they receive little rain because of some trees left out, but in my village all trees have been cut down. So we have no rain. That's why I got the idea of planting 10,000 trees in my village.
Hope you all can help me to plant 10,000 trees in the month of September.
