Pratyay is 35 years old and a teacher by profession. He has always received love and admiration throughout his career. He is a father of a 3.6 year old baby.
Post covid, he started having mild fevers which was concerning and went for a blood test which showed very low platelet count and haemoglobin level. As per his doctor's advice, he got hospitalised in Kolhapur (he was working there) and went for a bone marrow test which showed that he has Acute Leukemia. It was a shock for all of us. He then went for the first cycle of chemotherapy and was under observation for a month in the hospital.
Now, for the upcoming months, he needs to go for a few more chemotherapy sessions and if that doesn't work then he might have to go for a Bone Marrow Transplant. He is admitted in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai for better facilities and medical care.
For the whole process, he will need around 40 - 50 lacs. We need this money as soon as possible for his further treatment.
