The patient Pratik Choudhuri, a permanent resident of Malda District of West Bengal, India, now 22 years old is a student of IIT for obtaining a degree in M.Sc. Program in Physics. On 25.06.2021 while he visited the occultist with a problem of clear vision, he was advised to consult with a physician, and on 25.06.2021 after consulting with Dr. Bikram Saha MD (Physician) some tests were done including USG of the whole abdomen and from the report of USG it was found that both kidneys of Pratik Choudhuri have been completely damaged and he rushed to a private hospital and after his dialysis, he returned to Kolkata for transplantation of Kidney. The ongoing process for transplantation of kidney has initiated and the total expense will be near about 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lacs) and out of the said amount only Rs. 3,00,000/- has been managed by the charity of well-wishers. The father of the patient has been missing one and half year ago and he was unemployed. Mother of the patient is a housewife and there in no income sufficient to meet the livelihood. The mother of the patient is supported with a private job win monthly wages of Rs. 3,000/-. The family consisted of three members i.e. the Patient Pratik Choudhuri, his sister Shraya Choudhuri and Mother Latika Choudhuri.
At this grim situation, the survival of the patient depends of the hands of charity of donors. Without any support by way of charity/ donations the patient will not survive and I being the relative and well-wisher of the patient fervently appeal to all concerns to raise hands of charity/donation to survive the patient Pratik Chaudhuri.
