6 years ago I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. Ever since, I have been undergoing treatment. Now I have to undergo a kidney transplant surgery, but as the treatment costs are high, I cannot afford the surgery. Also the expenses post the surgery are high. So I am looking for financial aid.
