I am Prashant, 29 yrs old, a civil engineer by profession.
I am HLA B-27 positive, suffering from a chronic/auto immune disease of ankylosing spondylitis and Reactive Arthritis from last 10 years due to which I regularly bear a immense pain in my hip and knee joints and can't even stand/sleep or walk properly.

Irony is, I am a civil engineering graduate which requires mostly field works but due to the immense/severe pain caused by ankylosing spondylitis, I can't even continue a job.

There's no cure for ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and Reactive Arthritis , but treatment is available to help relieve the symptoms. Treatment can also help delay or prevent the process of the spine joining up (fusing) and stiffening. In most cases treatment involves a combination of: exercise.

Doctors prescription :

Rheumatologist Doctors mostly recommends Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) — such as naproxen (Naprosyn) and indomethacin (Indocin, Tivorbex), I stopped taking those drugs as they have worse side effects on liver, kidney and heart if taken for long time. 

I Am married and I want to work hard for my family,society and country. As I am the sole earner in my family, Due to pandemic of covid-19, I also spent my savings on my treatment that also caused financial difficulties, to overcome all this I need a better treatment for my ankylosing spondylitis and Reactive Arthritis.

Its better to take preventive treatment for ankylosing spondylitis & Reactive Arthritis before it creates a never ending pain as there's no permanent cure for this in medical science right now.

I am on physiotherapy and panchkarma (ayurveda) from last one year and it helped me recover around 25%, with the funds I can continue my treatment for next 6 months and I will try to continue my job as soon as possible for me. Your every small contribution will make me fuel my dreams again. 

I will work hard to give back every small contribution to society as soon as I recover enough to start my job.
