My name is Padmavathy, and I am raising funds for my 49-year-old husband. We live in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and our family is currently going through a very difficult time.

My husband has been suffering from severe heart and kidney complications for the past few months. He is a known case of diabetes, non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy (with a very low heart function – LVEF of 15–20%), and chronic kidney disease. He had previously undergone CRT-D device implantation in 2023 to support his heart condition.

Recently, his health suddenly worsened, and he was admitted on 22 February 2026 with acute decompensated heart failure complicated by cardiogenic shock and acute-on-chronic kidney injury.
He is currently admitted in the ICU at Narayana Hrudayalaya MMI Hospital, where he is receiving critical care. Doctors have placed him on inotropic and vasopressor support, along with advanced support devices like IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) and a pulmonary artery catheter to stabilize his condition.

At present, he is undergoing a comprehensive evaluation for a possible heart transplant, and doctors have also planned a renal biopsy and possible kidney transplant depending on his condition.
So far, we have already spent ₹20,00,000 for his treatment using our savings and by taking loans. However, the treatment and possible transplant procedures are extremely expensive.

In the coming days, we urgently need ₹45,00,000 to continue his treatment and life-saving procedures. This sudden medical emergency has placed an unbearable financial burden on our family.
