Rains are a tough time and come with a lot of rescue calls. But, to have 4 such kitten rescues so close to each other is something completely unexpected!
The following are the cases that need immediate attention -
Case 1
This is a case of immense bravery.
We found her in a Nalla on 19th June. She was continuously calling for help and couldn't close the mouth one bit! We rushed to the hospital immediately where we found out that she had a jaw fracture and had lost her tongue due to infection!
She was on saline for two weeks and managed to survive.
She's not able to eat and struggles everyday with her life.
Her jaw needs to be operated, and it's a complicated surgery with the use of a wire.
There could be complications in this procedure but we have to take this chance as she won't be able to survive in this state for long.
Amount required - 7500
Case 2
Two kittens which were hardly two weeks old and hadn't even opened their eyes were found during heavy rains in the middle of the night at a place where there were no cats around in that particular area.
We deduced that someone took advantage of the heavy rain and dumped them. As they were too small, we struggled a lot to keep them alive.
Luckily, we found a temporary foster for them who managed to take care of them for a couple of weeks and save them!
They are very fragile and have temperature and are struggling everyday to keep themselves alive. It is important for us to find a permanent solution for them.

Case 3
Alas! Another rain victim! We received a call from someone that there is a kitten lying motionless on the road!
When we approached, we realised the kitten was alive! But, she had left all hopes to survive.
Through the entire forthcoming night, we struggled to keep her warm and active. We kept her at a confined place and thus, she was better after two days but still fear didn't leave her. We have kept her in a paid foster.

Case 4
It was the night when Mumbai had come to a standstill situation because of heavy rains, we found this beautiful kitten which was hardly 3/4 weeks old.
Someone had dumped her in my parking lot during the heavy rains. She was all drenched and was super frightened.
Unfortunately we had nowhere to go during the middle of the night.
Somehow, we managed to keep her warm whole night and she seemed fine in the morning.
As we don't have a place, we kept her in a paid foster.
Amount Required - 4000
