I am Pramod Nayak, a budding photographer from Odisha. Life has been kind to me by all means till one morning when I woke up to extreme tiredness and feeling sick. Till that day I had been feeling weak for few weeks but ignored it. When usual check-ups and medicines did not help much, I was asked for a detailed diagnostic and blood tests.

To my family's horror, when the reports came out the doctors told that both my kidneys are failing rapidly and I need a kidney transplant to survive. My life has gone down the hill since then. Coming from a middle class family, we cant even fathom the thought of spending 30 lacs on my treatment. With most of our savings spent on my treatment and diagnostics till day, With no hope in near and far sight,  as a last resort, I am turning to you all to kindly help me in this dire situation for which I shall forever be indebted to you all.
