    This fundraiser will benefit

    Praful Sawant

    from Pune, Maharashtra

Nagnath, Thakarwadi and Umbarvila in Pune District, are remote villages having approx a total of 800 population. They lack basic necessities like education, hygiene, and important domestic needs.
The need for fundraiser arise when we visited the villages last month and found that, the educational facilities like Schools and colleges are 10-15 km away. There are no medical facilities available due to which villagers need to take a long walk of 7-8 km to neighboring villages and due to this there are severe medical issues which leads to Ladies hygiene, children Malnutrition, etc. As the villages are located in hilly regions there is no fixed mode of transport. The only way to connect with the big cities around is trains, which halt for a short period of time to have a Technical check of the locomotive.
Hence,me Praful Sawant along with my friends have decided to take part in this initiative and help the needy people as much as we can.
We are partnering with "Shree Bhau Medical and Educational Trust" to raise funds.
The initial phase of the campaign would target Hygiene and malnutrition and later on in the coming phases we'll be working on developing educational facilities.
To start with a campaign we have organised a Camp 31st January 2019 (Thursday) in Nagnath village and the Fundraiser will cover the following:
1. Food Donation drive, each meal costs around Rs. 30/-.
 Food Supplies: Rs. 24,000/-.
2. Medical Services.
Medical Camp Cost Rs. 20,000/-.
3. Clothing Distribution
Estimated Cost: Rs. 7,000/-.
Smallest contribution is also appreciated.
Give your share to show you care!
