My name is Sunita Srivastava and I am here to raise funds for my Husband Pradeep Srivastava who is 58 years old. Pradeep Srivastava lives in Noida, Uttar Pradesh with his spouse & children.
He is working as a private employee, as a LIC agent. He is suffering from Major Brain Blood Clots from few weeks because of an accident that he faced on 18th August.
He is currently admitted and receiving Major Brain Blood Clots Treatment in Neo Hospital. He has been diagnosed with Diffused Axonal Injury. It's a kind of disease which requires around 2-3 months to recover. He is the sole earner of the family. His wife had already met with an accident, 2 years back where she had undergone 4 surgeries in her legs and her one leg is completely operated by rods and plates.
Until now, we've spent about Rs. 8,56,000, which is a big amount for a middle class family. We don't even know till when he has to be hospitalized.
