Hi, I am Rachit and I am here to raise funds for my mother, Prabhavati who is 52 years old. 

My mother was detected with severe liver disease Auto Immune hepatitis and she is in need of urgent liver transplant to recover and survive. She has a very strong will power and we managed to control the disease with medicines and treatment for last 7 years, but now liver transplant is her only chance for survival, we cannot delay it because she has already lost her weight, her situation is getting critical day by day, the total cost of operation is 20 Lakhs to 25 Lakhs, we have tried our all sources but we still lack in fund.

I request you all to help us to  save my mother, we are a middle class family and my father is a retired teacher, I am a salaried person, we can barely fulfill our needs, please help us in such situation, please.
