The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many lives of the poor in numerous ways. One of the main problems within the poor community is easy access to food. The Khilti Pari Foundation has already helped 50 families in Toonga village (situated near Jaipur) and we have realized the great impact it has created in the villages. We would like to continue helping the ones in need by donating more food and care packages to more poor families. The goal is to help more than 500 families in these villages.

1 bag of food per family is a 1000 rupees and it can feed a family of 6 for 2 weeks, and if it is a family of 4, for about 3 weeks. The average family size in the villages is 6.

1 donation bag contains 10 kg flour, 2 kg rice, 2 kg mixed dal, 1L oil, 1 kg salt, 2 kg sugar, 500g tea, indian spices, and soap.


Khilti Pari is a non-profit organization run by a group of 6 students from India, raised in Belgium, looking to help our homeland by taking one step towards women empowerment and girls education. Due to COVID-19, Khilti Pari realizes the importance of helping each one and all and therefore has taken up this initiative.
