Hi I am Ashish Ranjan raising this fund on behalf of Jan Seva Foundation.
Jan Seva Foundation is a 4 year old NGO working in BIHAR We are happy to share with all of you that our organization has been participating in nation building since 2017. Our main objective is health, farming and upliftment of women . Every disaster in the country and the state, like the Bihar flood, or any kind of health related work, the organization has always gone ahead and helped the people There is a humble request to all of you to come together and fight this corona global epidemic. Let's us Come, do not let any needy family go to bed hungry/ Do not sleep hungry, Do not die due to lack of medicine during this period of Lockdown and in COVID Pandemic .With the second wave of the pandemic and increasing cases in Bihar & all over India , we are working round clock to not only feed those in need, and assisting homeless / daily wage workers by providing for them.
Income inequality is a harsh reality in India, with a large segment of the population having to work daily for their sustenance. The biggest question is how will they feed their families? These people do not have the financial resources to stock up supplies even for a week. Yes food, without which one can survive.
As we all struggle with a global pandemic and its disastrous effect on our local economies, it is important for us to immediately pivot our philanthropic energies to the most vulnerable among us.
We are already supplying meals, bottles of water & masks daily to those in need of food, these are people living in basti's (an overcrowded area where many poor people live), rain basra's, flyovers, outside hospitals, old age homes, orphanages, blind homes etc
We are raising funds to support 1500 poor families in Patna & all over BIHAR ,
1.- n Each kit of rations consists of Rice (5kg), Pulses (1kg), Flour (5kg), Oil (1ltr) and Salt (1kg) Sugar (1kg) Tea powerd 1 pack, Masala packet .Vegetables
The cost of each ration kit is Rs 1000.
Along with food drives for needy in this touh time which is tougher for poor and underprivileged. A pack of essential medicines for 7 days cost around 800 -1000 rs which will be providing them free of cost to support 500+ covid19 effected Patient .
2.- Medical supply - Medicines that will be provided
Tab- dolo twice a day for 5 days if fever history is there
Tab- azithromycin500 bd for 5 days
Tab- doxycycline 100 bd for 5 days
Tab- lvermectin c 12mg od for 5days
Tab –vitamin c 500 mg tdsfor 10 days
Tab – zinc 50 bd for 5 days
Tab vitamin d3 6000 iu in once weekly with milk .
We wish to provide the above facilities to as many as possible and request support from you to enable us to do so. Any contributions shall be highly appreciated and can have a multifold affect in our campaign .
We request you to contribute as per your abilities and also share this with others to contribute.There is no minimum value of contributing. We will be sharing pictures and bill copies here once the drive is completed.
