PHARM FOUNDATION was established in the year 2020 by myself Nila, to help the marginalised communities residing in chennai, chengalpattu and Kanchipuram districts. We are providers of accessible health, education and employment opportunities to cis women, transgender individuals and children.
We have been running completely through the generosity of well-wishers, and we are currently in an urgent need to cover operational costs for the following programmes:
Learning Centres
Learning centres at various locations were established in the year 2021. Around 200 school children recieve daily after-school education. We take care of these youngsters by locating transgender individuals who are qualified to serve as their mentors.
Scholarships
Scholarships will be offered to meritorious students in collaboration with various educational institutions. This project will help deserving candidates to pursue the course of their dreams without having to worry about the financial burden.

Start Up Seed Fund
The Pharm Foundation has now decided to help two transgender individuals by implementing the concept of 'renovation with innovation' to uplift their business development."
