Jagriti has designed following four strands to address the COVID crisis in Deoria and Kushinagar districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh. During the first wave of COVID as well we focused on providing ration relief to the migrant workers across these two districts.
Strand 1: Aarogya Saathi
· Activate our channel of 60 digitally trained women and equip them with necessary knowledge and resources on COVID appropriate behaviours (CAB)
· Build awareness in the local communities using communication channels like Whatsapp and by making calls
Strand 2: Rahat Vitran
· Distribute wellness and sanitation kit consisting of OTC Medicines, Immunity booster, mask, and sanitizers among 4000 families
· Supply 100 oxymeters in the needed families through our on-ground volunteers
Strand 3: DigiSwasthya
· Create a telemedicine service program by setting up centres in the two districts
· Set up a helpdesk for local people to call and get first line of support
· Offer teleconsultation with our national network of doctor volunteers
· Support with medicine supply
