I am Ashwin Fernandes and I am here to raise funds for my daughter Penelope Fernandes who is currently 3 years old. We live in Sanguem, Goa.
My daughter was diagnosed with Acute myeloid Leukemia in this month. She is currently undergoing treatment in Manipal Hospital, Goa.
Till now we have incurred an expense of around Rs 150000 for the treatment. I have managed to pay this amount from our savings. I work as a driver in a courier service company & I am unable to afford the cost of the treatment.
