My name is Priyanka bhan and my husband name is mr Pawan Bhan we are. Kashmiri migrant and we live in Jammu and as a migrant our financial condition is not that strong ...now my husband is 45 year aged and he is going to have a emergency operation of heart from Fortis  hospital ttt tuMohali as this is his 2nd open heart operation and my financial condition is not allowing me to get this done with no earning now it's difficult to survive like this....so I need help and funds to come out of this situation
