I am Vijay Kumar, a 50-year-old person. I am since a 3-year suffering Kidney and Filariasis.

I am unable to walk and from the last one year, I am bedridden. Presently, Me and my family are struggling for sustained food and medical treatment.

Even I am unable to feed my self and my family. I am asking everyone to plz help for my rations and medical treatment.
