Who We Are & Our Impact
At Parity Lab, we believe that everyone deserves to live a life of dignity. However, one of the main barriers to this life is gender-based violence (GbV).
Since our inception, we have reached 70,000+ individuals, including 20,000+ men, with violence prevention tools, stopped 5000+ child marriages and launched mental health programs in 6 communities in rural India.
Why We Need Your Support
For every dollar you donate, you will be mobilizing one individual against Gender-Based Violence. With your help, we can create spaces where both men and survivors can heal, learn new ways of interacting, and commit to ending cycles of violence. By focusing on both recovery and prevention, we are creating sustainable societal change.
At Parity Lab, we believe that everyone deserves to live a life of dignity. However, one of the main barriers to this life is gender-based violence (GbV).
- One in three women faces violence in her lifetime, with up to 60% of women facing intimate partner violence
- Nearly 84% of GbV survivors face significant mental health challenges, which can severely impact their ability to live fulfilling lives, build healthy relationships, and fully engage in society
- 70% of men who were physically abused as children go on to commit violence against a partner. Yet <25% of men are engaged in the fight against GbV.

All around the world, organizations fighting gender based violence are in dire need of funds. Today <0.5% of global development grants go to women’s rights.
Our vision is a future where the intersection of gender norms, trauma, and violence is addressed holistically, closing the mental health treatment gap, engaging more men in meaningful change, and supporting survivors in both rebuilding their lives leading the charge for creating positive change in their own communities.
By 2035, we aspire to train 10,000+ Gender Champions and reach 10M+ individuals with prevention services. This will only be possible with your support.
Together, we can reshape the future by ending gender-based violence, one community at a time.
