This is regarding Pankaj, he has been married to Ms. Anju Singh (housewife) for last 12 years and having two kids aged 8 yrs. (Rudransh) and 5 yrs.(Aarohi).  He lost his job 2 years back and since then, tried his hands in several small businesses without any success. Further, during Covid pandemic lockdown, he was forced to shut down my business.

He is fighting Loss of wt 35 kg in 5 months. Effect of rediation which was completed after cancer opration and chemo rediation. Stant placement in his instentine by opration which will cost to him 5L As the amount required is huge. additionally he is again diagnosed with cancer
He belongs to a lower middle class family with no financial support and unfortunately, insurance policy does not cover the expenses of critical illness. As we all are aware that treatment of smaller disease is so expensive now a days, it is not required to say how difficult it is for someone (in this financial condition) to incur the expenses of treatment. Hence, I request through your organization to arrange for donation towards the treatment
