My name is Alok Sharma, a 64-year-old semi-retired individual, and I am raising funds for my younger sister, Pallavi Sharma (50), who is courageously battling blood cancer and urgently needs a Bone Marrow Transplant to survive.
Pallavi lives in Jaipur and has always been a strong and independent woman. She is a single mother who single-handedly raised her son with immense dedication, pride, and dignity despite many hardships. Her life revolved around giving her son a good education and building a better future for him.
Prior to her getting diagnosed with this dreaded disease she was teaching as a PG teacher in one of the senior secondary schools in Jaipur. However, our lives changed suddenly in September 2025, when Pallavi was diagnosed with blood cancer. Since then, she has been undergoing continuous treatment. Due to severe weakness and frequent hospital visits, she had to first take repeated leave and eventually resign from her job, causing her financial stability to collapse completely.
Doctors at Fortis Hospital, Gurgaon (Sector 44) have now advised an urgent Bone Marrow Transplant, which is her only chance of survival. The estimated cost for the transplant and related treatment is around ₹30 lakh, an amount far beyond what our family can afford.
In addition to this upcoming cost, we have already spent over ₹25 lakh on hospitalisation, treatments, and medical tests. We have exhausted most of our savings and available resources. All medical documents and expense receipts are available and can be shared if required.
We had hoped to receive assistance through government schemes, but unfortunately that support has not materialised.
The transplant is expected to take place towards the first week of April 2026, leaving us with very little time to arrange the required funds. Without this life-saving procedure, her chances of survival will become extremely limited.
Despite the pain and uncertainty, she faces every day, Pallavi continues to show incredible courage.
Her only wish is simple:
“I want to live… for my son.”
As her brother, it breaks my heart to see her fighting this battle with courage and hope while silently enduring so much suffering. Asking for help is not easy for us, but today we have no other option.
We are reaching out with hope that kind-hearted people like you will stand with Pallavi in this fight for life.
Every contribution—big or small—will bring her one step closer to receiving the treatment she desperately needs. Your support can give her a second chance at life, a chance to see her son grow, build his future, and fulfil the dreams she worked so hard for.
We humbly request you to please support Pallavi and share this campaign with your friends, family, and networks. Your kindness and generosity can help save a mother, a daughter, and my beloved sister.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support and prayers.
