My name is Pabitra Ganta ,i am the LOI Holder of IOCL I belongs to BPL family fortunately i selected for IOCL RO Dealership  at NH- 326 HATIKHAMBA  ODISHA  INDIA, due to non availibility of finance i am unable to complete the constructive work as 25 percent of construction is done by taking loan from friend and relatives,all of my friend and relatives are financially very week so i can not sought the help of them ,I dont have any option to arrange money and if i not start the work within time limit then my dealeship will be stand cancel,this is the last and final option in my life to make my career. so i request and pray to all the kind hearted human being to help me to start my project and save my career
