My father is 65 years old.  He is paralytic since 15 years with Hypertension and Diabetes.

He has recently developed an ulcer near the great toe on the paralytic limb.  Doctors say that we need to first regularize the blood supply through stents and then treat the ulcer (diabetic foot).  Cost of the same is close 3 lakhs.

Please help.
