Hi my name is S. Jaiswal, my father O.N choudhary, is fighting with severe lungs infection and damage because of covid. On 5th of may, because of shortness of breath and non availability of beds in any of the hospitals, i had admitted my father in one of the nursing home, his SPO2 level was very very low, that is 30, and in nursing home, we were from 5th may to 17th may with daily bill crossing 35,000. We took help from local NGO for food, and as when infection increased beacuse of un hygenic nursing home, we decided to transfer him to home on oxygen support , Rotary club siliguri helpd us in getting the cylinder and vana foundation from dehradun in arranging initial funds, but that too was our bad luck, and we were unable to cope up the pressure and mental stress. After so many efforts and help from rotary club uttorayon, we admitted him to anand lok hospital, siliguri on 20th may, and doctors are saying that his condition is very very critical, 90 percent of lungs is damaged and all the air bronchi are choked or dried. We are hopefull that he will recover soon and daily we are spending approx minimum 1 lac on his treatment. From last one month we have seen so many bad days, that we are in desperate need of fund for his treatment. We have medicine bill of 1.9 lac for 6 days, and hospital bill of1.8 lac for 6 days.
He is on ventilator and treatment will continue for 1 month as suggested by doctor. Your funding will helpto get back my father and i willalways be thankful to you.
