Empowering Divyangjan Through PREMKUNJ Initiative
Odisha Rising Foundation is launching the “PREMKUNJ” initiative with a mission to empower Divyangjan by creating opportunities for skill development, employment, and financial independence.
The funds raised through this initiative will be utilized to establish three accessible skill training centres designed to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for persons with disabilities.
The initiative will support the procurement of assistive learning tools, training equipment, study materials, and accessibility resources to ensure that every beneficiary can learn comfortably and effectively.
PREMKUNJ will offer market-relevant vocational training programs along with soft skills, communication, and personality development sessions to enhance confidence and employability.
In addition, the program will organise career counselling sessions, industry exposure visits, and job placement drives to connect beneficiaries with suitable employment opportunities.
Outreach activities will also be conducted to identify deserving individuals from underserved communities and encourage their participation.
A portion of the funds will be dedicated to post-placement support and follow-up programs to help beneficiaries sustain employment and build stable careers.
