My friend meet with an accident in Jan 2015 and some of his backbone tissue got damaged that's why he is not able to walk. We tried so many medical treatments for him but we find nothing and the doctor said that he needs a backbone tissue transplant which cost very highwhat their family can't afford.
             Please help him to recuperate from his situation as he now is only 24 yrs old.
