As you grew, your friends would have changed and the old ones lost with time. One day you recall those good old friends and wonder whether you could still make a difference to them.
Ravi Mandyam, a 61-year-old Bengalurean, however, is someone who will not let his memories remain memories. The pandemic and its cruel impact on the disadvantaged has only increased his resolve to track his old friends and do all that he can to mitigate their woes.
Ravi is now trying to raise money to help those childhood friends who were not better placed like he was to tide over the imponderables like Covid and lockdown.
Ravi has already managed to trace 20 people from his childhood days and their immediate needs range from provisions and clothes to getting their children's education back on the rails.
Realizing, he alone might be able to do justice to those in need, Ravi is inviting good Samaritans to chip in and send their contributions to help him help the needy.
Your contribution will help these unfortunate people to negotiate the cruel consequences that the pandemic has wrought on them...
