About me
I am a 26-year-old student pursuing a Master's in Social Work from St Joseph's College, Bengaluru. I currently take care of my mother, who is 59 years old. She has undergone 8 surgeries, where multiple internal organs were removed. I lost my father three years ago due to medical negligence. Earlier, I used to work as an urban wildlife conservationist for an NGO and community organisation. However, as I am partially blind, I could not continue my work.
At present, I am undergoing treatment for depression, anxiety, and therapy from Nimhans. I have even taken up a part-time job while pursuing my education, but this is not enough for mine and my mother's medical expenses, college fees, medical insurance, and basic needs. I have attached my college fee structure(previous year fees) and medical documents of my mother and myself.

My mother has suffered a type 2 Heart attack on 4th July

College fees: Rs. 110,000
Prescription medication: Rs. 6,000 X 18=108000
Medical insurance: Rs. 25,000(20% extra compared to last year)
Basic needs (food and essentials): Rs. 10,000 X 18=180000
