Dear All,

Myself Nimisha John. I have been suffering from congenital pseudarthrosis tibia right sides for almost 25 years now from my birth. I have 15cm shortening with deformity of ankle and foot right side. Over time, this situation has gotten worse causing my limbs to not fully function enough to keep me well. Now the condition of leg is in an inoperable situation and affecting activities of daily life.  Before my legs eventually fail my treatment options are limited to amputation.

Upon the advice of my doctors, l will soon need surgery and  regular treatment after that. The best option for me is to remove my limbs, as it would offer me more freedom from pain and the ability to live a peaceful life compared to what I am going through now. It would also mean more challenging life .

I am a daughter and  sister  to our family with a lot of dreams in life.

As I am from an under privileged family and no support system, I continue to have no access to medical insurance or state hospital subsidies and my father is in his old age but mother continues as a day-wage earner without the means to help me. We're hopeful, however, that in the course of the year and post surgery, I  will be able to take steps to improve my health and will bring much comfort to make family.

We never expected that I would experience such severe case with my leg. Medication for this kind of illness would be a challenge for us as we are from an average earning family. We are knocking on your kind hearts for any help.
