Nilanka, a 35-year-old bright young man dazzling with positive vibes is survived by his wife and a one-year-old child. But, as fate would have it, he was diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy in May 2018. Endless efforts were made to fight the disease but in vain. Currently, he is undergoing dialysis twice a week and needs immediate kidney transplantation. The disease has already taken a toll on most of his savings and now it is getting more and more difficult for a person like him who comes from a mediocre financial background to bear further expenditure.
