Now, they stand on the verge of realizing that dream – a dream of not just surviving, but thriving. They aspire to become skilled nurses in Germany through the Ausbuildung Program, which is a self sustaining program where they earn while they learn. It is a path that will transform their lives. They have demonstrated exceptional dedication, mastering the demanding German language and honing their communication and soft skills.  They have proven their grit and drive in pursuing the dream. As they stand on the verge today to take off- they need to cross another hurdle-financial constraints.
