Our journey began humbly in September 2021, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic—a time when countless individuals lost their livelihoods and faced immense hardship. In response, we launched an initiative to empower people with sustainable means of earning, tailored to their unique skills and aspirations. From providing hand carts for vegetable vendors, sewing machines for aspiring tailors, to materials for beauticians and stationery for small business owners, we have helped transform lives and fostered a new generation of entrepreneurs.

This life-changing initiative is a collaborative effort between Rotary and the Spherule Foundation. By June 2025, we have enabled over 300 individuals—and counting—to rebuild their livelihoods and achieve self-reliance.

To help someone restart their journey towards financial independence, it takes just ₹8,000–₹12,000 (USD 100–130) per person. Your generous support can make a world of difference.

Our process is thorough and transparent. We carefully identify beneficiaries, assess their needs, and conduct due diligence through our dedicated team of ground volunteers. Currently, our initiative spans five states across India, and we are committed to expanding our reach even further. Importantly, our support doesn’t end with the initial assistance—we maintain ongoing relationships with beneficiaries, providing continued guidance and support as they grow.
