We humbly invite your support for a one-of-a-kind cultural initiative that brings together children from Nanhi Dunya Rangshala, Dehradun, to represent India’s folk and semi-classical traditions at the prestigious Tarwa Art Festival in Taroudant City, Morocco.
About the Movement – Nanhi Dunya
Founded in 1946 by Prof. Lekh Raj Ulfat and Smt. H. Sadhana Ulfat, Nanhi Dunya – The International Movement of Children & Their Friends is a pioneering initiative nurturing the growth of children, women, and youth through inclusive education, creativity, and cultural expression. It currently serves over 1,500 children across Dehradun, with a focus on empowerment through storytelling, drama, dance, environmental education, and visual arts.
About Nanhi Dunya Rangshala
Under the cultural leadership of Ashu Satvika Goyal, Nanhi Dunya Rangshala is the artistic wing where children, including those with special needs, explore and express their creativity through theatre, dance, music, and community action. Here, children learn to choreograph, write scripts, design props, and participate in social and environmental initiatives, nurturing artistic freedom and social responsibility.
About the Festival
The Tarwa Art Festival (Third Edition) is a renowned international event hosted by the Youth Association for Culture and Development, bringing together youth from across the globe to celebrate cultural diversity and artistic collaboration. Representing India on such a platform is an incredible opportunity for the children of Nanhi Dunya to connect with global peers, share Indian traditions, and embody the spirit of cultural unity.

Ashu Satvika Goyal, Cultural Director for Nanhi Dunya, has led children to represent India internationally at festivals like Brave Kids (Poland & Ukraine). As an acclaimed cultural ambassador, artistic instructor, and social activist, she has dedicated her life to promoting Indian culture worldwide. Now, she is preparing the next generation of Indian artists for an unforgettable experience in Morocco.
