Nandhu Prasanth, 20 Years of old was diagnosed with diffuse Large B cell lymphoma in RCC Trivandrum. He had 6 cycles of chemotherapy with R-CHOP regimen and last cycle was on 20.04.2019. Reassessment shows progression of disease and was given 2nd line chemotherapy with DHAP Regimen followed by 2 R -DHAP regimen of chemotherapy. Reassessment again shows progression of the disease and patient admitted in lakeshore hospital Eranakulam.

After reassessment he was planned for chemotherapy with MCP - 842 and cycle 1Bwas given from 21.05.2019 to 25.05.2019. Presently he was admitted with neutropenia. Patient was getting Prophylatic inj Grafeel from 28.05.2019. Patient was admitted with fever and dry cough and on 31.05.2019 his Hb - 7.3, TC - 100 and platelettes - 30000. He was continued with Grafeel 300mcg s/c, inj Piptaz, IV Fluids and neutropenic care. On 01.06.2019, his platelletes dropped to 200000, Hb - 7.3, total count - 310. He was transfused with 4 units of leucoreduced platelets. His blood culture has grown gram negative and gram positive Bacilli, which was sensitive to Linezolid, inj Piptaz.

Nandhu is financially very poor and had already spend over 13 lakhs. His Father passed away 4 years before. Now for proceeding with any treatment he need some financial support
