My name is Supriya Bauddh, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to raise funds for my father, Nand Kishor, who is 74 years old. He lives in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with our family and has always been our biggest support and strength.

Today, he is fighting for his life.

Over the past few weeks, his health has deteriorated rapidly due to multiple serious medical conditions. He is suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) with acute exacerbation, along with severe bilateral pneumonia (infection in both lungs). His condition suddenly worsened due to breathing difficulty and rising CO₂ levels, and he had to be shifted to the ICU and put on ventilator support.

Further medical investigations, including CT scan of the chest, have shown significant lung damage (emphysematous changes and infection). Doctors also had to perform a Broncho-Alveolar Lavage (BAL) test to identify the infection and guide treatment.

In addition to this, he is also dealing with multiple complications such as pulmonary hypertension, atrial fibrillation (heart condition), diabetes, hypertension, and recent urinary issues with bleeding, for which he underwent a bladder procedure. All these conditions together have made his recovery extremely critical and complex.

He is currently admitted to Apollo Medics Super Speciality Hospital, Lucknow, where he is in ICU under constant monitoring, intubated and on mechanical ventilation, receiving intensive care and life-saving treatment.

Watching him struggle to breathe and fight through this condition has been heartbreaking for our entire family.

So far, we have already spent around ₹8,00,000 on his treatment, including ICU charges, ventilator support, medicines, and procedures. We arranged this amount through our savings and by borrowing from relatives and well-wishers. Unfortunately, our financial resources are now completely exhausted.

In the coming days, we urgently need ₹15,00,000 to continue his treatment, ICU care, and critical medical support. This amount is beyond what we can manage on our own, but it is essential to give him a chance to recover.
