My name is Shaik Mahaboob Jani and I am here
My Daughter Mushahida,16 months baby is suffering from Profound Hearing Loss by birth.We are staying in Guntur, Guntur district.By birth she has Hearing loss,due to this she is unable to speak also.So,Doctors suggested to undergo Cochlear Implant Surgery under GA.The estimated cost is Rs.17,40,000/-.As I am a private employee and unable to bear such huge amount.So we applied for CM Relief Fund and  received Letter of Credit for an amount of Rs.5,20,000/-on Dt.31.07.19.It is also mentioned that the fund will be valid for only 30 days.We still need Rs.12,20,000/- to get the operation done.
In this regard,I am requesting you to donate amount as much as you can.
