I am Selvi aged 36 years making a living in Coimbatore working as housemaid in a number of houses. My husband, Murugan aged 41 years is employed as a load van driver . I have two sons one studying in college and the other one doing his schooling. Both of our earnings are not even sufficient for our household expenses. My husband, who is having no bad habits, is suffering from Kidney failure for the last 2 years and thriving on dialysis every alternate day in Govt Hospital Coimbatore. My parents and my in-laws are all farm labourers in my native district Dharmapuri none of them have any property to sell to meet my husband's medical expenses.
Hell has fallen on my head when doctors have said last month that for my husband dialysis can't solve his kidney problem and he is due for a kidney transplant, which has to be done at the earliest. Our poverty has not allowed us to search for a kidney donor. Luckily tests proved that I can be a kidney donor for my husband.
We approached KG Hospital In Coimbatore for Kidney transplant. They tested and agreed for transplanting my Kidney to my husband and gave an estimate for the treatment which runs to around Rs 8,10,000. I have uploaded supportive documents from KG Hospital as evidence to this effect. I earnestly beg for contributions from Kindhearted persons around the world for this cause. I, my husband and our two sons will be indebted to you for the rest of our life.
