Case details-

Mrs Jabin Khan's  Left kidney has been removed in 2017 in K E M Hospital under Dr Ashish Bhave she has undergone both joint hip replacement in 2000 of right side and left side in 2004 and recently she was suffering from Unitary Retantion under Dr Ashish Bhave and now R T H R  has to be done because it has been dislocated since last year.

Source of income- Her husband is mentally challenged and for living he runs a auto-rickshaw in Pune.

Present condition- family waiting for implant to be done and is also struggling to paying rent.
