I am writing to you about my Father in law who is suffering from neurosurgery.

              Mr. Mohd. Sadik Pathan, aged 56 year old male patient was admitted at Neuron brain, spine and critical care centre Nagpur under supervision of Dr.P.Giri.MBBS,MS,MCh(Neurosurgery) from 18/05/2019 to 10/06/2019 with diagnosis of: Assault with right FTP acute EDH with DAI with brain stem+corpus collosum contusion.

   Now he need treatment for paralysis cure and further operation of neurosurgery. We want to give him best treatment but we had spend all money for his treatment. And even if we need some medicine than we can't afford.
