Dear friends,

I am writing to ask for your help in saving the life of my cousin sister, Monika Barnwal, a 43-year-old mother battling severe liver disease and liver cancer. The doctors have said that a liver transplant is her only chance of survival.

Monika’s family comes from a small town called Jhajha near Jamui in Bihar. They’ve already spent around 9 lakhs in hospitals in AIG Hyderabad, Apollo Kolkata, and Patna. Now, her treatment is taking place at ILBS, Delhi, but the total cost of the transplant and recovery is expected to reach 23 lakhs. Her family is selling their assets to cover part of the cost, but they can only manage a portion. We are raising 17 lakhs to help them cover the rest.

After the transplant, Monika and her family will need to stay in Delhi for some time for follow-up treatments, adding further to their expenses. They are already financially drained and in desperate need of our support.

The funds raised will go towards:
- The liver transplant surgery
- Medical care for Monika after the surgery
- Medicines
