My name is Anil Thomas and I am here to raise funds for my friend Moni David who is 36 years old. Moni David lives in Vellimon, Kollam, Kerala with his mother. His father passed away 8 years ago. He was working as a driver on daily wages and the lone bread-winner for the family.

He is suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease ("Bilateral end-stage renal disease") for the past few months. He is receiving dialysis two times every week from N. S. Memorial Institute of Medical Sciences Kollam. The cost associated with that is approximately Rs. 25,000/month. Due to the ongoing dialysis and the fatigue associated with the condition he is unable to work. The family is facing extreme difficulty in arranging even the monthly expenses.

Until now, they've spent about Rs. 6,00,000. They've arranged the amount from savings and borrowed money from friends and family. This is all they could manage.
