My name is Mohd Sohail Pasha and I am 42 years old. I am here to raise funds for myself. I am working as a private employee. I live in Mumbai, Maharashtra with spouse & children.

I'm suffering from Gastric Ulcer from the past few months. I yet to start receiving medication in government hospital.
