Dear Friends, Kind-hearted Strangers, and Compassionate Souls,
My name is Mitu, and I’m reaching out today with a plea that is deeply personal and incredibly urgent. I have recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer — a diagnosis that has completely upended my life and brought with it not only physical and emotional pain but a heavy financial burden.
The road ahead is long and uncertain. My medical team has laid out a treatment plan involving aggressive chemotherapy and, if possible, surgery to help prolong and improve the quality of my life. The cost of these treatments is overwhelming. Even with insurance , the out-of-pocket expenses are significant and growing every day — from hospital visits and medications to specialized care and travel for treatment.
I never imagined I would be in a position where I’d have to ask for financial help just to stay alive. But here I am, humbly asking for your support — not for luxury, not for comfort — but for the chance to fight, to hope, and to live.
Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward my medical expenses: chemotherapy sessions, potential surgery, supportive treatments, and any unforeseen medical needs that may arise as I continue this battle.
