    This fundraiser will benefit

    Mithesh Shetty

    from Bengaluru (Bangalore) Urban, Karnataka

All was well till May 1st, 2019, until a reckless bike driver rammed 21-year-old Mitesh Shetty who is a Zomato food delivery boy. It is a case of hit and run. Mitesh is in a near-death condition and has severe head injury due to which he has bleeding in his Brain and fractures on his legs.

Accident: May 1st 2019 , Wednesday May 1st around 9.15 pm.
Employee of Zomato: Kormangala location, working as a delivery boy.
Join Date in Zomato: April 29th 2019

The insurance was not yet processed by employer side and Mitesh who was already on duty met with this tragic accident. The accident happened when Mitesh was trying to deliver a food parcel from Zomato Near Sai garments, Parappana Agrahara, Hosa Road , Bengaluru; Karnataka 560068. Mitesh comes from very humble and not well to do family background , his brother (my friend) too works as a part-time delivery boy in Zomato. Currently they are trying to shift to NIMHANShospital Bangaloreas they are not able to bear the medical expenses. Mitesh was diagnosed with multiple Brian injuries (internal bleeding) and fractures. He has been in ICU since yesterday May 1st, 2019. His family have been managing the medical expenses till now. However, it has gone beyond their expectations and even combined efforts are'nt enough to cover the so-far medical expenses. From what the doctors say, his organ injuries should be taken care of first, to stabilize his health condition. Once he is out of life support, and eventually ICU multiple Orthopedic surgeries must be performed on his leg. ICU costs them 25k-30k per day.

We have started this campaign to collect funds from friends, relatives and well-wishers for his remaining medical expenses. The only thing we want now is for him to open his eyes after all traumatic procedures in the hospital and come to normal to lead a normal life like us. Let us all join together our hands in this difficult phase of Mithesh's life and pray that he gets well soon.

Even prayers make a lot of difference during this difficult times for Mithesh's family.

Please spread this word across to each and everyone, may be some good Samaritan's come forward to help the family during this difficult/crucial period.
