My name is Mehr Dewan and I am a Grade 11 student at The American Embassy School. I am a passionate student of Psychology, Economics, Business and an advocate for Gender Equality. Last year, I founded Gender Roles- a project which works with local communities and students to develop and integrate gender-sensitive initiatives into the daily happenings of schools.

Now, in an effort to continue working to support Women’s empowerment, I have started a Women’s Business Incubator which connects emerging businesses, started or ideated by women from underserved communities, with mentorship from seasoned female entrepreneurs and financial support.
