My Dad is everything to me, please help me Save my Dad
He is receiving medication at SRM royal multi-specialty hospital Pvt .The doctor has suggested surgery at AIIMS Hospital Until now, we have spent about Rs. 100000.

My name is Md Faizuddin son of Md Samiuddin and I am from a humble middle class family and I love my Dad more than anything
About a month ago (in July) my dad suddenly had severe back pain below shoulders. He's employed in another city but the pain was a lot so he came home. At night the pain got so intense he couldn't bear it (we had never experienced anything like it, I felt so helpless that I couldn't help my dad) we couldn't sleep all night.
The next day we took Dad to the hospital and doctor performed ECG and other tests and Confirmed it was a Major heart attack. After hearing this Me and my mom were shocked and very very scared.
After that the doctors put Dad in ICU.
He was in ICU for 2-3 days. Then after about a week he was discharged from the hospital (on our request). Doctors told us to get Angiography test done as soon as possible
((An angiogram uses X-rays and a special dye (contrast) to take pictures of the arteries in your brain, heart, and kidneys. So that it can be determined how much blockage there is))
After Angiography we found out that there were 90% blockage at multiple places in his heart and doctors told us to get Bypass Surgery done as soon as possible.
Hearing all this was very difficult and heartbreaking for me and my family. Doctor recommended us not to tell dad about all this and we haven't. Dad thinks he's fine
My father is the sole breadwinner in our small family and he's been on bed rest for the past 1 month and we've no other source of income and we need around 5 lakhs for surgery to save my dad.
