We have found a need to deliver 1000+ food relief packages to 1000+ families urgently in the coming weeks, with each package containing -

5-10kg rice,
5-10kg wheat,
5kg pulses,
5 kg potatoes ,
5kg onions,
2litre cooking oil and spices,
Total of more than 60,000 kgs of food materials.
• We are delivering essentials like masks and sanitizers as well.
We are able to cover 50 families on average in a single day because of the sincere contributions and support everyone has provided for the cause.

BACKGROUND
In the past few months, Bihar's citizens have been severely hit by this year’s floods. Millions have lost their houses, farms - their sources of income, and have gone hungry for days. Basic survival facilities have become a scarce luxury for families with little kids, elder's as well as expecting mother's.
WHO ARE WE
A youth collective who have provided relief and rehabilitation support to crisis-hit communities in Patna city - Gai Ghat, Ambedkar colony and other parts of Bihar by now, we have identified 700+ families who are deprived of essentials in Patna city and wish to assist them on an urgent basis. Most of these families come in the BPL category and are completely dependent on external aid/initiative to provide them aid in these unprecedented times.
The motto : Rebuild Bihar, Save Lives.

OUR IMPACT & OUR TARGET
Our aim is to raise INR/Rs. 5 lakh within one week to provide ration kits to the affected families in the area of Madhepura, Bihar. A single ration kit costs between INR/Rs. 500-800 (10$) and can sustain a family’s needs for 10-15 days, which includes rice, pulses, sanitary napkins, soap as well as other essentials.
This is a small effort from us to feed an entire families while they scout for work, hence contributing to their empowerment and their lives.
